Nigerian Politician Enters Prison For Certificate Fogery

Mr. Nse Ekpenyong a Nigerian House of Rep enters prison as a result of certificate forgery. This said popular politician was said to be detained in the prison for parading with fake certificates...


                                                                        
                

Ekpenyong who in the recent past claimed to have obtained a certificate from Abia state Polytechnic is now locked up in prison for not being able to meet up his bail conditions.

Earlier this day, Mr Nse was arraigned at the Federal High Court Nigeria by the Economic and Financial Crime Commission EFCC. Mr. Nse was taken straight to the court for this known offence.

During court Preceding, Epenyong's Lawyer, Mr. Emmanuel Isangedoho argued for his bail condition while Mr. Ahmed Arogha who was the Barrister representing the EFFC insists that the Mr Nse remains in prison.

After much aguements and deliberations Mr Ekpenyong was pleaded not guilty to all the charges and the case was finally adjourned to April 12, 2017.
